The 1st XI saved their best team performance of the year so far to complete the double over league leaders Butleigh in a tough away encounter.
Rob Tasker was the star of the show striking a magnificent century, and following this up with a diving catch and a crucial wicket. Waddington Mwayenga produced his best game for the club taking three top order wickets and holding two catches as the first team consolidated third place in the league and look to have averted any worries of involvement in a relegation battle.
